Four tenants have been announced for the former Load of Fun building in Station North, one of three major projects underway along North Avenue in the designated Arts and Entertainment District. The tenants that will occupy the building's third floor are all small arts or community-oriented nonprofits. They include Arts Everyday, which promotes arts education in city schools; Neighborhood Design Center, which does pro-bono community planning; and Maryland Citizens for the Arts, which leads statewide arts advocacy efforts. read more
